Yoga

  • Yoga and Ayurveda are two interrelated branches of the same great tree of Vedic knowledge that encompasses all of human life and the entire universe. Yoga and Ayurveda are not merely two separate but related healing disciplines of India. Each has its unique place and function, but each overlaps into the other on various levels. The purpose is to lead us ultimately to the state of Self-realization To this end; it has given us not only spiritual disciplines but has touched all aspects of healing science.

We apply Yoga for healing according to Ayurvedic guidelines of diagnosis, treatment and health maintenance and we want to keep yogic healing within the scope of Ayurveda.

We have a special section in our centre for yoga ayurveda.

Ayurveda utilizes these ancient methods for de-stressing the individual so as to free him/her from the forces of gravity. This type of bliss: calmness, quietness, peacefulness, tension-free, illness-less-mind, pure-mind is called soul-oriented mind.

Yoga-ayurveda treatment is based on the mind, and deals with the activity between the mind to the soul and the soul to the mind. The realizations of painlessness provide experience to the soul and completely obtain a righteous-mind: the soul-oriented mind: the perfect mind. Therefore it is called self healing treatments.

Basically these treatments are a journey into the inner-self that enable one to discover the own healing forces and realize the joyous nature of the inner-mind: the soul and the complete inner-self. It is very individual-specific and is a self-promoted and a self-committed type of the treatment.

Ayurveda educates people to look after their own well being and take charge of their own health by developing personal awareness. Besides therapeutic application of this ancient treasure we also organize yoga and meditation classes for individuals and groups. We have also designed specific healing Yoga Meditation Therapies for different conditions.

We also facilitate in yoga organizations worldwide. We collaborate yoga courses and workshops at our premises.
